Eligibility Criteria | Queensland International Science Scholarships 2023
You’re eligible for this scholarship if you’re:
- an international student
- studying full-time
- commencing your first semester at UQ
- commencing a UQ Faculty of Science program (minimum one year duration). See the terms and conditions below for a full list of eligible programs.
And you:
- have met the conditions of your offer by the scholarship’s closing date (you don’t need to accept your full offer by the scholarship application deadline)
- demonstrate strong academic performance in your previous studies.

The eligible programs are not limited to the ones listed below, additional programs might be added. All programs of the faculty of science of the university are eligible.
