Iacocca Internship Program – All you Should Know

The Iacocca International Internship Program offers students real-world work experience that is rooted in a global environment in order to improve their intercultural proficiency and job preparedness.

About Iacocca Internship

Since 2011, IIIP has given Lehigh students summer employment and research opportunities abroad, most of which are financed.

When COVID-19 influenced students’ capacity to travel, IIIP changed courses to offer online internships for students. Most internships are expected to take place within the nation in the summer of 2023.

Students take part in an international internship and receive help in order to get the most out of the experience, overcome obstacles, and improve their intercultural and career preparation.

The Prepare phase of this curriculum asks students to dedicate roughly five hours of extracurricular work and meetings each month during the duration of the spring semester in order to prepare them for success in their internships.

Benefits

They pay for most internships. This shows that most of the program’s expenses, such as travel, lodging, local transportation, and meals, are covered.

How to Apply

Direct applications are accepted through the Office of International Affairs at Lehigh University.

Only Lehigh University students are eligible for this internship; however, Lehigh students are still eligible for consideration for other Iacocca internship programs and courses.
